Arriba was formed as a California corporation in April 2006. The mission of the company is to provide needed financial alternatives to groups of un-banked and under-banked individuals.

By providing combining cards with world-class customer service, additional needed financial services and superior value, the company will position itself to become one of the top financial service providers in the world.

Our company is located in Southern California, and we are acutely aware of the challenges faced by the immigrant community.

Offering an opportunity to join the rest of the country in the electronic payment revolution while providing education through the community can empower previously un-banked people with the ability to conduct their financial affairs like everyone else - while effectively eliminating predatory financial practices.

Our cards and services are priced extremely competitively against any other type of financial tool. People shouldn't have to pay extra to enjoy modern payment options. We are active in the community as well, and want to promote the concept of financial accountability and responsibility.

We believe that the technology, the infrastructure, the market and the recognition of stored value cards have just now combined to provide a true opportunity for the right marketers.

We have teamed up with the best processors, loading networks, and banks that exist today. Expect to see our cards on the market, available in Fall 2007.
