Crucial Financial Education

It's not enough to have access to needed tools and services - you have to know how and why to use them. Arriba is committed to offering key financial information and education.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is an independent agency created by the Congress that maintains the stability and public confidence in the nation’s financial system by insuring deposits, examining and supervising financial institutions, and managing receiverships.

Money Smart is a training program to help adults outside the financial mainstream enhance their money skills and create positive financial relationships. Arriba will be offering this course in both Spanish and English on the Arriba website in the near future.

Are you credit smart? Do you know all the ways your credit impacts your life? Are you protecting your good credit, or are you working on building better credit? Strong credit can help you expand personal financial opportunities and achieve your dreams, including homeownership.

CreditSmart has been designed to help you obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to manage your finances and positively impact your credit. The more you know about credit, the better position you will be in to take advantage of the benefits of good credit.

Arriba plans to use the education from these institutions, as well as fun, interactive quizzes and examples to create a complete educational resource for the public. It is our goal to not only help by providing needed services, but to help our cardholders, visitors and customers use these service wisely.

Together we can build a strong financial future.
